Appointments For Framing Consultations
To manage our workload and to serve our clients best we choose to work by appointment. Please call or e-mail to make your appointment. We are available for consulation Monday to Friday from 10:30 to 5:00 pm.

Note: No Appointment is needed to view any gallery shows.

Turnaround
Exhibition - Preliminary discussions should begin no later than 4 weeks prior to your install. Any work requiring custom made product will require a minimum of 4 weeks.

 

General - Our usual turnaround time is 2 weeks but this depends on our workload. Any work requiring custom made product will require 4 weeks.

 

Corporate (anything over 50 units in the same design) - Preliminary discussions should begin no later than 2 months prior to your install.

 

Rush Orders can usually be accommodated but generally receive no discount.

Payment
Personal/Artists- We require a 50% deposit before commencement of all framing and payment in full upon completion.

 

Galleries - There are times when we require a deposit before the commencement of work however we normally use 30 day terms for the entire balance.

 

Corporate - Generally we require a 30% deposit and 1 additional payment over the course of the workload and the balance paid in full upon completion.
